The increasing demand of high quality syringes has driven the design of a new processing line dedicated to the production of high quality syringes, the XQ Line.This line has been designed to operate in a clean controlled environment with very low contamination in the converting phase from tools, lower forming temperature and no lubricants. The line is completely automatic, the handling is without frictions or glass to glass contact.An important complement to the line is the high resolution multiview inspection machine that inspect every part of the syringe with several illumination configurations to emphasize every fine detail even in hard to inspect region like the flange or the cone. It is possible to simulate several inspection algorithms used by the most renowed supplier of Inspection Machine to identify defects potentially able to increase the false reject at the inspection of filled container and get rid of its before.
